### What does an OEM/ODM contract manufacturer in Malaysia do?

It develops and manufactures products that brand owners sell under their own name. With OEM we manufacture to your formula or specification. With ODM we also develop or adapt the formulation for you. Furley Bioextracts does both from Semenyih, Selangor.

### Is Furley Bioextracts ISO 13485 and FSSC 22000 certified?

Yes. Furley Bioextracts holds ISO 13485 for medical device quality management and FSSC 22000 for food safety management, alongside Food Halal, GMP, HACCP, NPRA and FDA.

### Which product categories do you manufacture?

Supplement sachets and powders, food sachets and powders, canisters, cosmetics, and medical device consumables.

### What is the difference between OEM, ODM and private label?

OEM means we manufacture to your specification. ODM means we also develop the formulation. Private label (house brand) is the result: the product is sold under your brand, not ours.

### How do I start a project?

Send your brief (product, format, target market, claims and timeline) to sales@furleybio.com or call +603-8724-3280. We then consult on formulation and regulatory requirements, develop samples, agree a quotation, and move to production, quality control and packing.

### What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product category and packaging format, so we quote per project once we have your brief.

### Do you offer both OEM and ODM?

Yes. OEM means we manufacture to your specification or formula. ODM means we also develop or adapt the formulation for you.

### Which certifications can you show me?

ISO 13485 and FSSC 22000 lead our systems, supported by Food Halal, GMP, HACCP, NPRA and FDA. Ask for the certificates that apply to your product category when you send your brief.

### Can you make private label cosmetics?

Yes. We manufacture cosmetics and skincare under OEM or ODM, packed under your brand. Cosmetics sold in Malaysia are notified to NPRA, so share your formulation brief early.

### Do you manufacture medical device consumables?

Yes, under our ISO 13485 quality management system. Send your specification and we will confirm whether it fits our capabilities.

### Can I start with a small order?

Order quantities depend on the product category and packaging format. Tell us your target volume in your brief and we will quote accordingly.

### Who owns the formula and brand?

That is agreed in writing for each project. Brand owners normally retain their own brand, design and formulation, and we confirm this before work starts.
